Cancellations

Policy

All cancellations requests must be made utilizing the form below.

In order to be eligible to receive a gift card for your cancelled booking, your reservation:

• - Must not occur over a special event or holiday weekend
• - Must be at least 30 days in the future
  

If you do not meet the above criteria, your site will not be cancelled.

If you are eligible, you will receive an electronic gift certificate, less a $15 cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates expire 1-year from date of issue.
