Cancellations & Refunds

Policy

All cancellations requests must be made utilizing the form below.

In order to be eligible to receive a refund for your cancelled booking, your reservation:

• - Must not occur over a special event or holiday weekend
• - Must be at least 45 days in the future
  (Stays at Caseville will be elligible for a refund through Sept 16. Stays at all other parks are no longer eligible for a refund.)

If you do not meet the above criteria, your site will not be cancelled.

If you are eligible for a refund you will receive an electronic gift certificate, less a $15 cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates expire 1-year from date of issue.
