The 4th of July Patriot Gathering is an event for the whole park to enjoy.  It allows all the campers to gather around and enjoy a potluck event within the park.

The first Saturday in August is a time when campers within the park can set up a table and sell items that they wish to get rid of or no longer need. Crafty campers also sell crafts and trinkets which make great souvenirs.

Cheeseburger in Caseville will take place Aug 8th – 17th 2014 ‘Cheeseburger’ is one of the most looked-forward-to events of the year. The festival is a tribute to tropical paradise, cheeseburgers, and Jimmy Buffett. The 10-day long festival takes place in the August, celebrating the final weeks of summer vacation. Celebrate the founding of the United States of America with a beautiful lightshow in the sky. Fireworks are set off from the break wall in Caseville and the park is ideal for viewing the show.

Ball tournaments are all held at the ball field at Stafford County Park. Tournaments are for participants over 18 years old. Trophies are awarded to winning teams. Ball tournaments take place on the following weekends: Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day “Old Stars” and “Co-Ed” tournaments are also scheduled for 2014.

From July 4 – 6, Stafford Park will be celebrating Independence Day. This event is a large group gathering in “The Back Yard” for everyone to enjoy.  There is a pig roasted from and cooked by J & M Farms in Allenton, MI and everyone within the park brings a dish to pass. It’s a great time for everyone within the park.

2014 Breakfast in the Park events will be held June 17, July 12, and August 2. It’s a time when women can relax and let the men do the cooking. Campers within the park donate items for the breakfast and the men cook. Everyone joins together in “The Back Yard” to enjoy the food prepared.

Halloween in Oak Beach will be celebrated September 27, 2014. This is a fun filled day for everyone to enjoy, even if you just watch the kids.  There are many activities like face painting, crafts, games, piñata, a costume contest, story reading, dancing, trick or treating through the park and even an outdoor movie (weather permitting).
