2017 Seasonal Camping Information
This will have reference to securing your Seasonal Campsite for the 2017 camping season. As you may recall, last year we communicated with you at this time of year to give you ample time to register early and secure your site; that process worked very well. Therefore, we will use the same basic procedures for our seasonal guests to secure sites for the 2017 season.
What this means for you:
Reserving Your Site
To reserve a Seasonal Campsite, a completed online reservation must be made. This reservation will include digitally acknowledging the Reservation Agreement Terms and paying a $500.00 non-refundable deposit by 11/15/16. The exact procedure for making your reservation can also be found by clicking here.
We have spent a great deal of time to ensure the booking process is as easy as possible. To facilitate this process each returning seasonal camper has been given a special log-in that will allow you to book your site until 11/15/16. Just go to your booking link, enter your password, and complete your booking.
Starting immediately, the link you were provided will allow you to execute the Reservation Agreement Terms, make your deposit and secure your site. We highly recommend you not wait until the deadline to reserve your spot.

Storing your Unit
If you are planning to store your unit on your site during the offseason, a $200.00 storage fee is due with the online booking and deposit by 11/15/16.
If you want to store your unit but do not make a Seasonal Reservation, you will be required to pay the storage fee, remove your trailer from the site and store it in the parking lot provided. It is important to know that even if you pay for storage, without reserving the site and paying the deposit, your site will not be guaranteed for 2017.
Remaining Balance Due Dates
The remaining balance will be due by 3/1/17. To make payment as easy as possible, there will be three payment options provided at checkout:
- Manually pay the remaining balance by 3/1/17
- Automatically charge the remaining balance in three equal installments: 1/1/17, 2/1/17, and 3/1/17
- Automatically charge my remaining balance on 3/1/17
At the completion of booking you will receive an invoice via email. With Option 1, we will automatically email you payment reminders. With Options 2 or 3, your card will be charged and an updated booking receipt sent to you.
There will be no exceptions for payment deadlines. There are many people on the waiting list. While existing campers have the first priority, campsites that are not booked by the payment deadlines will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Moving to a New Site
If you have previously expressed interest in moving to a new Seasonal Site, you have been put onto a waiting list. If the site(s) become available, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Even though we have incurred a significant increase in maintenance and utility costs, which have gone up for us just like they have at your home, the Seasonal Camping rates for 2017 will remain unchanged from current rates.
